Cairo- April 2^nd 2019, NAEEM Board of directors held on April 2^nd 2019 approves 10 % share dividend distribution.

The share dividends will be funded by the reserves reported in the financial statements for the year ending 31^st December 2018 .

NAEEM shareholders in the Egyptian market as well as Dubai market are entitled to the share dividends.
