NAEEM, is one of the fastest growing investment banking houses in the region, with an authorized capital of just under $700 million and paid-in capital of $240 million.

It was established in 2005 as a way to consolidate NAEEM’s pre-existing operations encompassing brokerage, portfolio and fund management, corporate finance and private equity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Egypt.

Operating out of KSA, UAE and Egypt NAEEM’s staff includes over 300 highly qualified employees with regional and international experience and diversified expertise.  We are fully devoted to enhancing the Company’s performance and reinforcing its business in the region.

The management of NAEEM realise that structural reforms, coupled with a strong regional economic growth have created a growing demand for institutional investment banking services,  thus significantly increasing opportunities for investments across a broad spectrum of industries.
