NAEEM has one Regional Executive Committee which is responsible for all strategic, management and operational decisions within the Company.

The Committee reports to the Board and consists of skilled and experienced investment professionals with a long track record in the Egyptian and Saudi Markets. All operational issues are discussed at the Regional Executive Management Committee which in turn involves all lines of business as well as the Corporate Marketing and Sales Division.

Each country has at least one Executive Committee member based there as a country head, thereby ensuring that the committee's management style and strategic decisions filter through all corporate layers as well as geographical boundaries. Our management’s top priority is to ensure that our culture, strategy and principles are implemented regardless of geographical location.

Each country has its own Country Executive Committee that includes Heads of Business Lines and Support Divisions. They meet regularly to ensure the smooth workflow between the front and middle/back offices and active cross-country cooperation
