REACAP Financial Investments (REAC.CA), a member of NAEEM group, announced today the beginning of its due diligence regarding a potential partnership between REAC.CA and Wadi Degla for Real Estate Development (WDRE Development), the real estate arm of Wadi Degla group.

Negotiations will be based on the due diligence’s findings as well as the agreed upon assets/shares valuations. REAC.CA as well as WDRE Development emphasis on maintaining the best interests of their respective shareholders in all their investments’ decisions.
