NAEEM Holding concludes AT due diligence and starts acquisition procedures

NAEEM Holding (NAHO.CA) announced today the conclusion of the due diligence process concerning AT Brokerage as well as AT for Financial Services (authorized to operate in asset management activities as well as promoting and covering offerings).

Both companies are not listed in Egyptian stock exchange. Both companies shall comply with regulatory procedures prior completing the acquisition. The due diligence resulted in a total transaction value of EGP 24Mn.
