As a part of NAEEM Holding (NAHO.CA) expansionary plan, NAHO acquires 5,451,285 shares in smart village company, equivalent to a 10.5% stake.

Smart village company has a total of 51,913710 shares of which NAEEM Developments Projects, a subsidiary of NAEEM holding owns 3,769,825 shares.

Post-acquisition NAEEM will have a combined stake of 17.76% directly and through its subsidiary. NAEEM Holding is currently contemplating further acquisitions in smart village company.
