Cairo October 10th 2018, NAEEM Board of directors held on October 10th 2018 approves 10% share dividend distribution.

The share dividends will be funded by the reserves reported in the financial statements for the year ending 31^st December 2017 .

NAEEM shareholders in the Egyptian market as well as Dubai market are entitled to the share dividends.
