Current Proprietary Investments
NAEEM has a selected strategic portfolio of proprietary investments that includes:
REACAP Financial Investments: a publicly listed company, 56.2% (directly and indirectly) owned by NAEEM Holding for Investments, that includes residential apartments, buildings and land in Smart Villages Co. in addition to a vacant touristic land in Marsa Alam (www.reacap-investment.com).
Egyptian Gulf Bank (EGB): a 9.87% stake in Egyptian Gulf Bank, a public company, listed on the Egyptian Exchange and is traded in USD (www.eg-bank.com).
Arab Sweeteners Company (ASC): a Greenfield project in sugar substitutes that owns a wet corn milling plant with grinding capacity of 1,500 t/day of corn. The total investment cost is USD 200 Mn and the plant is expected to be operative by mid 2018.
Smart Village Company (SVC): a 17.76% (direct and indirect) stake in Smart Village Company, owning and managing lands and buildings in Smart Villages (www.smart-villages.com).
