NILEX Regulatory Framework
Any company seeking to list on NILEX must have a listing advisor approved by the EFSA through a period of two years during the run-up to listing.
The nominated advisor assists the company on all its responsibilities during the application process and ensures the company’s compliance to the listing and disclosure rules.
The company and the advisor submit a listing request to the listing department in the EFSA to be approved. After a preliminary approval, the listing department submits the application to the listing Committee to get the final approval.
Upon the listing Committee’s final approval, the company and the nominated advisor can offer the company’s shares to investors to get the needed finance or buyout.
