Role Of Nominated Advisor

  •  Advices and assists the applicant company on all its responsibilities during the application process and its responsibilities to maintain its status once listed.

NILEX Regulatory Framework

  • Any company seeking to list on NILEX must have a listing advisor approved by the EFSA through a period of two years during the run-up to listing.
  • The nominated advisor assists the company on all its responsibilities during the application process and ensures the company’s compliance to the listing and disclosure rules.
  • The company and the advisor submit a listing request to the listing department in the EFSA to be approved. After a preliminary approval, the listing department submits the application to the listing Committee to get the final approval.
  • Upon the listing Committee’s final approval, the company and the nominated advisor can offer the company’s shares to investors to get the needed finance or buyout.
